Kanak Kapur is a 2025-2027 Wallace Stegner fellow in fiction at Stanford University. Her work has received support from Colgate University, where she was an Olive B. O'Connor fellow, and the Sewanee Writers' Conference. She holds an MFA from Vanderbilt University.Her debut novel is forthcoming from Riverhead Books.<3
